The surf is really good – waves are 2ft with almost 3ft sets and breaking well, wind is light offshore. Fun on long and short boards!

Surf is 2ft, breaking very far out on low tide, but some nice rides all round. Wind is light onshore so the waves are a bit bumpy. It’s a nice day down on the beach

The surf is at least solid 3ft, breaking far out. It’s a real mission of a paddle on a long board. Wind is light cross-shore, not sure what it’ll do today. Lots of swell around for all of False Bay
